Create Technical Operations from aydi eye

Introduction

This guide will show you how to create and schedule a technical operation directly from aydi eye. Follow these steps to assign the operation, select the target field, set target parameters, and review the operation details:

Step 1: Access the Operation Creation Menu

  • Start on the Home Screen:
    Locate and select the “create an operation” shortcut.
  • Choose Operation Type:
    You will be given a choice between technical and periodic operations. For this tutorial, select Technical.

Step 2: Enter Operation Details

  • Proceed to Details:
    Click “Next” to open the operation details page.
  • Assign the Operation:
    Choose the crew member or employee from the provided list to whom you want to assign the operation. 
  • Select the Field:
    Choose the field where the operation will take place.

Step 3: Define the Operation Type

  • Choose Operation Type:
    Select the specific type of technical operation available.
  • Custom Operation Option:
    If the desired operation type is not listed, you have the option to create a custom operation.

Step 4: Schedule the Operation

  • Set the Planned Date:
    Choose the date on which you plan to execute the operation.
  • Proceed:
    Click “Next” to continue to the target settings page.

Step 5: Set Target Parameters

  • Configure Target Settings:
    • Productivity Unit: Specify the unit of productivity (for example, “box”).
    • Target per Worker: Define the target output per worker (for example, “15 boxes”).
    • Target Duration: Set the duration for the operation (for example, “2 hours”).
  • Additional Notes:
    Enter any extra information or instructions relevant to the operation.

Step 6: Review and Create the Operation

  • Review Details:
    Carefully check all the entered information to ensure every step is exactly as planned.
  • Create Operation:
    Click “Create Operation” to finalize the assignment.
    Once created, the operation will be scheduled and assigned (e.g., to General Supervisor 1).

Step 7: Monitor the Operation

  • Accessing Operation Status:
    From the left side menu, select “Technical Operations.”
  • View Operations by Date:
    Use the menu page to view operations based on the planned date, including all planned, current, scheduled, and progressed operations.
