Creating a New Technical Operation in the System

Aim

Create a new technical operation directly related to cultivation and that requires labor in the system.

Key Steps

1. On the home screen of the mobile application, select "Technical Operations".
2. Click on "New Operation" at the bottom.
3. Select the Field (plot, pivot, greenhouse, nursery) or parcel where the operation will be executed.
4. Choose the type of crop and the specific field.
5. Select the operation to perform and click on "Select Operate".
6. Determine the target for each worker in numbers (for example, 10 kilograms per worker).
7. Select the productivity unit (e.g. kilograms) and the operation duration in hours.
8. Register the team that will perform the operation by scanning the QR codes of the assigned workers.
9. Update each worker's progress based on the progress made.
10. End the operation once the target has been reached for each worker.

• Verify the correct assignment of workers to the operation.
• Make sure to enter goals and progress accurately.
• Keep the operation progress record up to date.

Tips for Efficiency

• Use QR codes to speed up team registration.
• Periodically review the progress of the operation to make adjustments if necessary.
