Creating a New Warehouse

Aim

Create a new warehouse in the desktop application by entering the aydi.com page to manage inventories efficiently.

Key Steps

1. Enter the desktop application and go to the aydi.com page.
2. Log in with the corresponding account to access the home screen.
3. Go to "Settings" and then "Properties".
4. Select the "Warehouses" option to view existing warehouses.
5. Click "Add Warehouse" on the right side of the screen.
6. Assign a name to the new warehouse and select the type of inventory that will be managed in it (fertilizers, pesticides, others).
7. It is important to make sure you choose the correct inventory type, as it cannot be modified once the warehouse is created.
8. Select the warehouse manager from the list of Aydi system users.
9. Confirm the selection of the person responsible to complete the creation of the warehouse.
10. Refresh the page to see the newly created warehouse.

• Verify that the selected inventory type is correct, as it cannot be changed later.
• Make sure to assign a warehouse manager for effective management.
